Tibetan Women’s Association is happy to meet again Prof. LAU Hon-Shiang and his wife. The representative of major NGO’s in Dharamshala participated in the discussion. He is an esteemed scholar and was a professor at the City University of Hong Kong for 11 years.
The participants appreciated for his work and research. This meeting was organized by International Tibet Network as requested by Tibet Policy Institute.
